This is a question I get asked a lot, and every time I hear it, I just want to scream "YES!, Yes you can reverse firbomyalgia, no you do not have to live with it forever. Yeah, you can feel good again!" However, this is not easy. In my experience, there is one thing you can do, you can take a supplement, not a food that you can eat or not eat to reverse fibromyalgia.
