People who suffer from fibromyalgia are affected by persistent pain and chronic fatigue. These symptoms can make it difficult to buy, prepare and eat healthy and nutritious meals. However, a healthy diet is very important to help people with fibromyalgia deal with stress, detoxify the body and restore nutrients to the areas that need it most.
If your doctor has given you the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, what you may not know is that all patients with fibromyalgia also suffer from:
* Nutritional deficiencies
* Food Sensitivity
* Imbalances blood sugar
* Infections: yeast, viral and bacterial
* Serious Hormonal Imbalances
By addressing these factors "X" at the same time and provides the body with a good balance between nutrition and foods rich in nutrients (unlike a nutrient deficiency), a favorable national environment is created for restore the natural rhythm inside and allow the transformation and healing to occur.
What we have in our body-Whatever healthy foods, drinks, drugs, pesticides or junk food-can greatly affect our ability to stay healthy. Because many fibromyalgia sufferers are sensitive to foods, drugs, chemicals and pollutants in the environment and it is important not to submit to them and to avoid as much as possible. Researchers at the University of Florida found that food intolerance and some chemicals added to food led to significant exacerbation of symptoms in patients with fibromyalgia, such as pain, inflammation and stiffness.
The nutritional status determines to a large extent on its ability to maintain health, energy levels, and the ability to adapt to their environment. Genes are expressed in their environment - the food you eat, the water you drink, the air, and so on. If the environment is too hostile for them (too much junk food, air and polluted water, etc.) can not adapt and disease progression. If the environment is nutritious, has a greater resistance to disease and are more likely to experience health and vitality. Equally important is the reduction or elimination of the use of toxic substances in the body, such as anti-nutrients and environmental pollutants and chemicals, which have become a major problem in our "modern" diet.
We are all one in our biochemical needs and depend on a number of factors, strengths and weaknesses that were born in the effects that the current environment has on you. No one way of eating or diet is perfect for everyone, and it is only through the direct supervision and control of their own food, you will find their own balance. However, our objective in the search for high levels of energy is to understand that our body is nourished by the food we eat and understand what foods provide us with the ingredients required to create and healing clean energy and optimal health. Here are some of the attributes of nutrition and diet as it contributes to their health.

Much of the energy is consumed and wasted trying to disarm or to rid the body of toxic chemicals in our food sources. Toxins that can not be eliminated accumulate in body tissues and contribute to conditions as FM. Now it is practically impossible to avoid all these substances entirely, because there is no place on our planet that is not contaminated in any way chemical byproducts of our modern era. Therefore, we must be diligent in choosing the best effect.
Choose organic foods whenever possible, this is the closest you can get to eat a pure diet today. Fruits and vegetables are healthier than those grown organically, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilizers or chemicals that stimulate growth, which are potentially toxic to our body. Raw food, organic is the natural and beneficial to take food into the body so. IDM (aka real) foods also contain enzymes and help digest these foods more completely, which increases the absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients in foods. This leads to increased energy and vitality. Cooking food above 118 degrees F destroys enzymes and reduced absorption of nutrients. Try to eat at least 50% of their fresh produce raw in salads and other tasty dishes. If the crude product does not agree with you because the capacity of weak digestion, steam your vegetables lightly in a steamer, frying pan or wok until slightly tender.
For people who suffer from fibromyalgia (and rheumatic diseases), studies have shown that a diet consisting of whole foods causes the body to a state of health and helps improve symptoms dramatically. Besides the fact that whole foods are loaded with antioxidants foods antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, other factors, such as fiber and essential fatty acids found in unadulterated whole foods that work together to increase immunity and improve general health.

Eat at least eight to ten servings of colorful fruits and vegetables per day. This may seem like a lot, but we are talking about a portion of the half cup is full and the food source is essential to help win the battle against FM. These plant foods are the main source of vitamins and minerals; antioxidants and phytonutrients (more than what they really are) that help create and maintain health. Nobody can doubt eating fruits and vegetables. This is the only thing that all scientists agree on the creation of longevity, energy and health.
